STAT 457 Applied Nonparametric Statistics
(3:3:0) Prerequisite: STAT 350 or
STAT 354 or DESC 353. Introduction to nonparametric methods with
applications to the decision and information sciences and operations
analysis. Testing and estimation for one- and two-sample problems,
independent and paired samples, location and dispersion problems, one- and
two-way layouts, tests for independence, regression, discussion of
efficiency.
